Because of this, Field Ethos wanted this rifle to really count so it would end up on as many adventures with you as possible. Versatility was the focus.

With this in mind, Field Ethos combined the beauty of a classic English Rigby stalking rifle with the do-it-all performance of the .300 Winchester Magnum for 2 very important reasons. First, we wanted a rifle capable of taking big game out to 600 meters. We see the .300 Win Mag as an obvious choice for this. Second, whether you’re hunting southern bean fields for whitetails or the green hills of Africa for kudu, you’ll always be able to find ammo locally if you’re in a bind. It’s globally available.

To make the rifle even more unique in a world of composite materials, we chose grade 5 oiled walnut for the furniture and a fine leather wrapped recoil pad for your shoulder. We used a “Safety 3rd” Mauser safety to match the .416 Rogue and upgraded to a checkered FE bolt knob. The Rogue’s floorplate is engraved in the original Rigby font and finished in black nitride to match the barreled action.

It’s versatile, it’s deadly, it’s iconic, and it was built for the man that embodies these things.
